langaAir formalizes agreement with Lewis and
Clark Community College to offer Associates Degree in Applied
Science.
In cooperation, Langa Air, Inc. and Lewis and Clark Community
College have developed a career training program for aspiring
professional pilots. The Illinois Board of Higher Education recently
approved the degree program entitled Aviation Pilot Training.
Some details of the program are:
1.The student can begin flight training while still in high
school. Credits will be awarded upon completion of each course.
2.Langa Air and Lewis and Clark have numerous financial assistance
and loan programs available.
3.The student will be required to take 18 credit hours of general
education classes in addition to the flight courses.
4.The flight courses are offered at Langa Air's facility at
St. Louis Regional Airport. The general education courses are
offered at Lewis and Clark's campus and/or via the internet.
5.The course is designed to flow seamlessly into a baccalaureate
program.

with GoJet Airlines to be a preferred supplier of pilot applicants.
langaAir has affiliated with GoJet Airlines as
a preferred provider of pilot candidates. langaAir career pilot
graduates who have completed the professional
pilot developement program who possess 1000 hours of total
flight experience and 100 hours of multi engine time will be considered
with priority over other applicants for available pilot positions.
